Overnights

Come spend the night at the Fort Worth Zoo and choose from our exciting Overnight themes. Overnight adventures explore the Zoo on a guided evening scavenger hunt, morning tour before the Zoo opens and all-day Zoo admission the day after your Overnight. Enjoy the comfort of our climate-controlled Education Center as you participate in a craft activity, wildlife conservation program and animal presentation. A pizza dinner, evening snack and continental breakfast are also included. Please note that in the event of weather some activities may be substituted for all overnight packages.

Safari Overnight Explore the unique adaptations animals need to survive as you travel the trails through Africa, Asia and Australia.

Texas Wild! Overnight Round 'em up and move 'em out on an extraordinary adventure as you make your way around discovering the unique habitats and wildlife of the Lone Star State.

Deluxe Overnight Includes all of the above as a Safari or Texas Wild! Overnight plus a Virtual Vet Tour of our Zoo Hospital video, hands-on activities with Zoo vet equipment and a special Zoo keeper talk.

Outdoor Explorers Overnight Use a compass to find your way around the Zoo at night! Campers will experience amphibian and reptile monitoring techniques. Scout leaders please note that some of the activities may be used to satisfy a portion of the Amphibian and Reptile Scout badges. Get up close and personal with nature while completing your own journal activities. Our morning tour will end with Rock Climbing (weather permitting). These are just a few of the activities in our Outdoor Explorers Overnight.

Safari, Texas Wild!, Deluxe, and Outdoor Explorers require a minimum of 15 participants.

Ages	6-years-old to Adult (Minimum group size is 15 participants. Two adult chaperones, 18 years and older, are required for every 15 children 6-years-old through twelfth grade.)
Dates	Fridays and Saturdays, year-round
Times	6:30 p.m. to 10 a.m. for Safari, and Texas Wild!, Outdoor Explorers and Behind-the-Scenes 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 a.m. for Deluxe and Outdoor Explorers
Cost	Safari or Texas Wild! Overnight - $45 per participant, including chaperones Safari or Texas Wild! Deluxe Overnight - $55 per participant, including chaperones Outdoor Explorers Overnight - $65 per participant, including chaperones Overnight deposit is nonrefundable. Snore and Roar Family Overnights

(No minimum group size required.)

Bring your family and friends to spend the night at the Fort Worth Zoo! Your Safari adventure explores the Zoo on a guided evening scavenger hunt, morning tour before the Zoo opens and all-day Zoo admission the day after your Overnight. Enjoy the comfort of our climate-controlled Education Center as you participate in a craft activity, wildlife conservation program and animal presentation. A pizza dinner, evening snack and continental breakfast are also included. Please note adults must be accompanied by children six years to high school age. Sorry, no individual rooms available this will be a group-style indoor camp

Ages	Designed for families with children six-years-old to high school, one adult chaperone, 18 years and older, is required for every six children, six-years-old through entering twelfth grade

Birthday Parties

Celebrate your child's birthday at the Fort Worth Zoo, the "wildest" place in the Metroplex! The party includes a Wild Wonders animal presentation, all-day admission to Zoo for 30 participants, use of an Education Center room for two hours and wildlife games/activities that you can facilitate with your guest, a Zoo souvenir for each child participant and a special Fort Worth Zoo gift for the birthday child. Maximum group size is 30 participants and may be any combination of children and adults.

Please note that the Zoo changes to winter operating hours October 20, 2009 through February 21, 2010, opening at 10:00 a.m. and closing at 4:00 p.m. To take full advantage of your zoo admission passes please plan on visiting the zoo prior to your child's birthday start time.

Ages	Turning 3 to 12
Dates	Saturdays, year round (October 20, 2009 - February 21, 2010 Zoo opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m.)
Times	1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (10 a.m. on some Saturdays)
Cost	Members - $235 * Non-members - $260 * Package payment is nonrefundable. Date changes are not permitted after Birthday Package payment is made. There is a separate charge for parking, $5 per vehicle. Additional charges will apply for extra rooms. (All programs and prices are subject to change.)
