Run Wild for Wildlife
| Make a difference in wildlife conservation! Every year, proceeds from the Zoo Run support the Zoo's conservation efforts for animals that need your help. This year, Zoo Run is also participating in Party for the Planet, the Association of Zoos and Aquarium's (AZA) national Earth Day celebration. Come raise money for wildlife, learn about conservation and celebrate a healthier planet with the Fort Worth Zoo.
Go green and recycle your shoes for a good cause! Bring your used running shoes to Zoo Run or to Luke's Locker before race day and receive $15 off a new pair! Shoe promotion coupon valid 4/15-4/19 only. |
|
Join our 2009 Party for the Planet celebration by bringing your used cell phones with you to Zoo Run and we'll recycle them!
We'll also accept empty inkjet and laser cartridges, video games, video game consoles, digital cameras, laptops, PDAs/Palm Pilots, iPods and DVDs. By recycling your items, you benefit the environment and also earn cash for the Fort Worth Zoo! All proceeds support our global conservation efforts and our animal enrichment program. You can also drop your items off at the Zoo's Guest Relations office at the Zoo's entrance every day of the year.
