Is there any way I can still get tickets? I'm desperate!
We wish! This is a popular party and it sells out each year. But make plans to join us in 2023, we'd love to have you!
I didn’t receive my tickets. What now?
Check your spam folder! Still not there? Email email@example.com.
Something has come up and I can no longer attend Beastro. Can I get a refund?
We're sad to miss you! As a major fundraiser for the Fort Worth Zoo's conservation and education programs, Beastro tickets are nonrefundable (except in the event of cancelation due to severe or threat of severe weather). You're welcome to share your Beastro ticket with a friend (maybe one of those desperate ticket seekers above?). All partygoers must be 21 or older and just need the ticket barcode and a driver's license or government issued ID to enter.
I'm headed to Beastro! Where do I go? Where should I park?
Please come to the Zoo's main parking lot located at 1989 Colonial Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76110. If you're using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, pickup and dropoff will take place at this same location.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone) and your driver's license or government issued ID. They'll be checked at the entry of the Zoo. All Beastro guests must be 21 or older to attend. No children of any age allowed.
What should I wear?
Beastro attire is "summer chic." Think sundresses, casual button-down shirts, shorts and sandals. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended as the event will require walking throughout the Zoo. Ladies, flats and sandals are your best bet -- you'll regret anything with a heel. Trust us, we work here!
Ahhh! I want to eat all the things! I see on the itinerary that restaurants close at 10 p.m. How will I eat all the things?!
We ask all participating restaurant to stay open until 10 p.m. Some choose to stay open longer.
I want to see animals.
Great! We want you to see animals, too! Some habitats will remain open until dusk and we'll have zookeepers on hand to chat with you about the animals. Plus, we will also have some animals out to greet you upon your arrival, as well as inside the Zoo, strolling on the main path. Please keep in mind that if weather moves in (high winds, light rain, or overcast skies that may speed up dusk and compromise keeper visibility), animals may need to move off habitat for safety purposes.
Where are the bands playing?
Phil Pritchett will be in Safari Village, Big City Outlaws will be performing in Texas Wild! and Georgia Bridgewater Orchestra will be featured in The Reserve. Check the Beastro map and itinerary for specific times.
Does my ticket include alcohol?
Yes, your ticket includes all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The encourages all Beastro attendees to drink responsibly and consider designating a driver or using a car service.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain? The party is on! But for safety reasons, if there is severe weather or a significant threat of severe weather (like lightning, hail or tornadic activity) in the area that would necessitate the cancellation of the event to ensure safety of guests, restaurant partners and staff, a full refund will be available. In the event of cancellation, Beastro will not be rescheduled. Should said cancellation occur, in order to receive a refund, ticket purchasers must email firstname.lastname@example.org with their name and confirmation number. Pelase allow seven business days for the credit to post to your account. Requests must be made within 30 days of the event date. Please note: Tickets are ONLY refundable in the event of cancellation.
Are there any hashtages I can use for social media?
We're glad you asked! We recommend #beastro and #fortworthzoo.
