Boo at the Zoo offers families a haunting good time
Fort Worth Zoo is brewing its 23rd annual Halloween event
FORT WORTH, Texas – The Fort Worth Zoo’s family friendly Halloween celebration is a zoo-wide event, offering guests 64 acres of Halloween fun with all-day hours running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for one weekend only — October 24, 25 and 26.
Boo at the Zoo, presented by Central Market and Wells Fargo, will skip the tricks and offer only treats throughout the Zoo for all guests to enjoy, including a live animal stage show at the Outdoor Learning Theater, a pumpkin patch, a Tot Spot, crafts and treat stations. Wild Encounters keeper chats and Boo-themed animal enrichment activities will take place at various exhibits in the Zoo.
Zoo guests and members will receive six Boo at the Zoo coupons at the Zoo’s main ticket booth at no additional cost. Coupons can be redeemed at treat stations throughout the entire park and/or in the carnival area, located in the Special Events Pavilion. For more event information, visit www.fortworthzoo.org.
Boo at the Zoo is free with admission—$12 for adults, $9 for children ages 3 to 12, $9 for seniors ages 65 and up, and free for children 2 and younger. The event is free for Zoo members.
The nationally acclaimed Fort Worth Zoo has been ranked the No. 5 zoo in the nation by USA Travel Guide, the No. 1 attraction in the DFW Metroplex by Zagat survey and a top 10 zoo or aquarium by FamilyFun magazine and TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice awards. The Zoo is home to more than 500 animal species and a world-famous reptile collection, housed in the brand new Museum of Living Art (MOLA). The institution’s focus on education and conservation is second to none, enhancing the lives of more than 1 million visitors a year.
