Champion Adoption Form
At the Champion adoption level, two guests will receive an invitation to an awesome Zoo event. Best of all, you will be able to attend a private keeper chat at your adopted animal’s habitat before the Zoo opens! Don’t forget to come prepared with questions to ask our zookeepers.
This $500 package includes:
- Plush animal
- Personalized adoption certificate
- Animal fact sheet
- Coloring kit
- Zoo publication
- Four general admission tickets to the Zoo
- Invitation for two guests to attend a Zoo special event
- Private keeper chat at adopted animal’s habitat
- Packaged in an animal carrier box

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the amount of a donation that is deductible for tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money donated over the value of goods or services provided by the Fort Worth Zoo.
