Whether you want to make a celebration even more special, or just brighten someone’s day, send them a personalized video from their favorite animal at the Fort Worth Zoo! We are excited to offer the opportunity to purchase a one-of-a-kind video to help make special moments even more memorable.
Our animals are here to help you celebrate all of life’s occasions – a new job, an engagement, purchasing a new home, a new baby, or simply reminding someone how much you love them – the sky’s the limit. These 30- to 45-second videos will give you an up-close view of your favorite animal and a special shoutout to your loved one. You can share your message with friends and family and post on social media. A personalized video from a Fort Worth Zoo animal is sure to put a smile on someone’s face!
All proceeds from personalized video orders will go toward the care and feeding of our Fort Worth Zoo animals.

- You can expect your video in 7 days from your order date.
- Please provide the pronunciation of names and be specific in your instruction messaging.
- In an effort to keep the videos celebratory, no request may feature a religious, political or social issue. If you have any questions about whether your video subject matter falls under one of the categories above, please reach out via email to ldouglas@fortworthzoo.org.
- Videos are for personal use only and cannot be used for the promotion of a business, organization, or product.
- You acknowledge and agree that Fort Worth Zoo has sole discretion to determine how to fulfill your request and the content of the video created and may not follow your request exactly. The Fort Worth Zoo has sole discretion to reject any request that is deemed objectionable or falls under one of the categories above.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the amount of a donation that is deductible for tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money donated over the value of goods or services provided by the Fort Worth Zoo.
