What is Safari Splash?
Safari Splash is a 14,000-square-foot, zero-depth water play area equipped with water slides, a water dump tower, a designated toddler play area and much more. Click here for more information.
When is the event?
You may choose from one of two nights: Friday, May 8, or Saturday, May 9, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Who can come to the event?
Safari Splash member nights are for Zoo members only. Safari Splash has a capacity limit, so we are not inviting guests to attend this Zoo Member event.
How much are event tickets?
Event tickets are free to members and are required – you must reserve your tickets online prior to the event.
How do I get tickets?
Event tickets can be reserved beginning April 23 until sold out.
Tickets will be emailed within 30 minutes of purchase. If you do not receive an email with tickets attached, please check your junk or spam folder. Because of the overwhelming amount of reservations in a short time period, please allow 48 hours to receive your email with attached tickets. If you have not received your tickets by Monday, April 27, please call Member Services at 817-759-7333.
How many tickets may I reserve/purchase?
You may reserve one admission ticket per valid Zoo membership. You will be required to present both your ticket and your Zoo membership card for entry. Guest cards are not eligible for this event.
Will concessions be served?
Food will be available for purchase at Splash Snacks. Zoo members may also bring food in, however, please leave the glass and straws at home.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
The Zoo will post on its Facebook page and website should inclement weather prevent the events from taking place and dates will be rescheduled.
Will I have to pay for parking?
Parking is always free for Zoo members.
